TICO Conviction

After being charged by the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO), Yves Gildas Emolo Morrison has been convicted on one count of operating as a travel agent without registration contrary to the Travel Industry Act.

Morrison was ordered to pay a fine of $6,250, including surcharges, sentenced to a two-year probation order and ordered to pay $6,550 restitution to the consumers.
