TICO releases updated Study Manual

The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) has updated its Education Standards Study Manual, now available in English and French as PDF downloads, free of charge, from both the TICO and the Canadian Institute of Travel Counsellors (CITC) web sites. The Study Manual is also available for purchase in a coil-bound edition for $15, plus tax, from CITC. Individuals planning to write one of the TICO exams in the near future should note the following dates: Exams written on or before Jan. 15 will be based on the old version of the Study Manual; Exams that will be written on or after Jan. 23 will be based on the new version of the Study Manual.
