TourRadar’s Fall Release Powers Shift to AI Discovery, Social Commerce in travel

TourRadar has announced its Fall 2025 release, introducing new AI discovery tools, the expansion of TourRadar Moments, and enhanced community features, including the $1m RISE Partner Fund, that bring social commerce to life across the platform.

Over the past six months, TourRadar has focused on building the foundations for the next evolution of organized travel, connecting UGC, community, and discovery to make multi-day tours more personal, social, and trusted. The Fall Release brings this vision together, allowing travellers to discover and book adventures through real experiences shared by real people.

At the centre of the release is TourRadar Moments, a community-driven feature within the TourRadar mobile app that showcases “rawthentic” videos and photos captured by travellers on organized adventures around the world.

This UGC is being rolled out across the platform, giving travellers a genuine look at what each adventure is actually like. Moments are linked directly to bookable tours, closing the gap between inspiration and booking.

Fresh insights from Expedia Group show that travellers respond most strongly to first-person video and UGC, which build more trust than polished brand content. TourRadar Moments taps directly into that shift, enabling travellers to share authentic videos that inspire others to book with confidence.

The Fall Release also includes RISE, TourRadar’s $1m Partner Fund, which rewards creators, agents, and travellers, known as Ambassadors, for sharing the kinds of experiences that drive bookings and inspire others to explore. Ambassadors can earn commission, travel credits, and free trips by posting Moments, sharing links to recommended tours, and helping others discover adventures they love.

Beyond Moments and RISE, the release introduces a series of updates that enhance how travellers engage with organized adventures:

  • AI Travel Discovery: TourRadar’s CustomGPT brings personalized trip recommendations into ChatGPT, while the new Instagram Trip Recommender lets travellers get tailor-made tour ideas by sending TourRadar a reel they love in a DM.
  • Community Forum: A new space for travellers, creators, and advisors to connect, share insights, and discuss everything related to organized adventures.
  • No-Surprise Pricing: A transparent pricing system that helps travellers find the best deal from search to checkout.
