TravelBrands sends a message to agents at Change & Create Launch in Toronto: We’ve got your back

TravelBrands Agent Appreciation launch event rolled into the Toronto area Wednesday, with company president Nathalie Tanious vowing that those who book with the company won’t be disappointed.
Tanious told attending travel agents that TravelBrands is committed to them having “that level of service you deserve,” while adding that it constantly welcomes agent feedback.
And the audience was also told that TravelBrands has 24/7 service for those encountering problems while on vacation.

“I don’t think anyone offers supports for travel agents like TravelBrands …,” said Bruce Lidberg, the tour operator’s director of sales for the West and Ontario. “We’ve got your back.”
Lidberg’s colleague Jeff Carpenter in turn told the gathering that TravelBrands will “provide you with the tools that will allow you to remain competitive,” citing a number of services for the travel agency community.

The evening also featured a trade show, with the agents being told that Riverside Luxury Cruises is a new cruise product.
Among specific developments cited during the evening were a newly enhanced loyalty program, with Lidberg declaring that the tour company has taken its existing program and “made it even better.”

Lidberg also said that TravelBrands can serve as a “one-stop shop,” thanks to its many offerings. Travelbrands is owned by a Japan-based tourism firm that operates in around 70 countries, which speakers note provide it with a widespread international presence.
Carpenter noted his employer’s longevity. “While many others have come and gone, we’ve been able to remain successful,” he said.

Last night’s event was themed Change and Create, with Lidberg stating, “We’ve been around a while and we know this industry is always changing.”
Meanwhile, Tanious had kind words for travel agents, telling them that TravelBrands is aware that they work “really hard.”

TravelBrands, which earlier held a similar event in Vancouver, holds another in Montreal tonight.
