TravelBrands’ Facebook group, YourTravelBrandsBDM, is celebrating its fifth anniversary and to commemorate the milestone, the tour operator is asking for the Canadian travel agent community to come together and help it reach a goal of having 10,000 members. Once this goal is reached, TravelBrands will give its Facebook members a chance to win prizes.
“Our Facebook group was created in 2014 with the sole purpose of connecting with our travel agents on a more personal level,” says Nathalie Tanious, senior-vice president, TravelBrands. “We know our dedicated agents don’t work the standard 9-to-5, so we don’t either. This group ensures access to the TravelBrands team, at almost all hours of the day. Plus, it’s a great forum to have fun and remind everyone that #TravelBrandsLovesAgents.”
Through the YourTravelBrandsBDM group, travel agents get exclusive access to daily tips and tricks for their bookings. Agents have another avenue to ask questions and for advice and receive timely responses. TravelBrands also hosts multiple dedicated contests and giveaways for Facebook group members throughout the year.
