Trevello committed to making TravelPress Live! “a cornerstone event for travel professionals across Canada”

Trevello CEO Zeina Gedeon says the upcoming inaugural TravelPress Live! will be one of the few events that genuinely brings the Canadian travel industry together in a meaningful way.
“As a homegrown initiative, it deserves our full support,” Gedeon shared. “It’s not just about networking – it’s about substantive conversations, real education and building momentum for the year ahead. Being part of that environment aligns perfectly with how we want to support and elevate our advisor community.”
Over the course of two days this June at Evergreen Brick Works, the experience is set to feature TED-style talks, fireside chats, immersive activations, culinary lounges and loads of surprises to inspire innovation.
“TravelPress Live! is a festival-style experience beyond the traditional trade show. By placing Industry Partners at the centre of this experience, we’re ensuring that TravelPress Live! reflects shared values, shared purpose, and a shared vision for the future,” noted Mitchell McClung, Publisher, Baxter Media. “The future of industry events will be built through partnership, not presentations, and TravelPress Live! is designed to set that new standard for the Canadian travel community.”

With Trevello coming on board as an Industry Partner for the event, she hopes “advisors walk away feeling informed, confident, and energized. Events like this give advisors critical perspective – what’s changing in the market, where opportunities are emerging, and how to position themselves more strategically. Whether that’s discovering new supplier partnerships, learning fresh approaches to client engagement, or simply connecting with peers who understand this business—every conversation adds value and brings something new to learn.”
Gedeon says she’s most looking forward to the exchange of ideas that will take place throughout the experience.
“Hearing directly from suppliers and peers, and seeing how those insights translate into smarter selling and stronger client relationships. There’s significant innovation happening in travel right now, and TravelPress Live! will capture that energy in a way that’s both sophisticated and ambitious,” she notes. “We’re proud to support an event that invests in the long-term growth of the travel industry. Collaboration, education, and community are what move travel forward—and TravelPress Live will bring those elements together exceptionally well. We’re not just attending; we’re committed to helping make this a cornerstone event for travel professionals across Canada.”
