Viva Italia

Trafalgar has launched its new 2014 Italy brochure featuring 19 guided trips and offering 10% savings on land (plus 10% savings on flights) when booked and paid for by Jan. 15, 2014. The lineup includes five At Leisure trips for relaxed pace travel and five CostSaver itineraries for guests looking for the best value for their budget.

“Italy has long been our most popular European destination, and with 19 guided vacations to choose from that cover all the major cities and charming towns along the way, Trafalgar is undoubtedly the best option for clients that are looking for the authentic Italian experience,” says Doug Patterson, president of Trafalgar Canada. “We’ve formed incredible friendships with locals over the years, which is how we’re able to give our guests an Insider’s look at Italy — these relationships allow us to offer your clients authentic experiences that they’re not able to get anywhere else, whether it’s enjoying a home-cooked lunch at a family villa in Tuscany, or a private dinner on an island in Lake Maggiore.”

Program highlights include Northern Italy (including Cinque Terre), the 11-day Italian Discovery featuring six of Italy’s best known cities (Rome, Florence, Turin, Milan, Venice and Bologna), and the 17-day Grand Italian Experience, which starts and ends in Rome and spans the country from north to south.
