WTAA, ACTA Greet Trade In Toronto


The World Travel Agents Association Alliance (WTAAA), of which ACTA is a member, convened in Toronto yesterday for a series of meetings, culminating in a reception for the trade in the evening at the Sheraton Gateway hotel, sponsored by Air Canada. Lead item on the agenda for the organization, which had representatives from such member countries as Australia, Brazil, New Zealand, and South Africa, in attendance, was fuel charges. Also on hand were (l-r) Dave McCaig, president ACTA; Duncan Bureau, Air Canada; Jayson Westbury, WTAAA chair; and ACTA national chair Rob Durant.
