WTM London: Reimagining Travel in a Changing World

WTM London 2025 has announced that this year’s conference program will be shaped around the theme “Reimagining Travel in a Changing World”.

In 2025, for the first time, WTM London is introducing a unified theme across all six conference tracks to maintain focus and enhance clarity throughout the event.

“Reimagining Travel in a Changing World” will be the theme of the 2025 conference program of WTM London and while the tracks remain consistent with last year — covering Sustainability, Technology, DEAI (Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion), Marketing, Geo-Economics, and Travel Trends — the unified theme will create a cohesive experience for all attendees.

Conference session attendance rose by 29% in 2024 compared to 2023. In response, WTM London quickly expanded stage capacity, including a debut extension into Level 0 of Excel London.

For 2025, conference space will be increased even further to accommodate expected growth in audience numbers.

The conference program is already starting to take shape. The opening day – Nov. 4 – sees the WTM Global Travel Report, sustainability summit and geo-economics summit taking place. On Nov. 5, the technology and DEAI summits are happening; while Nov. 6 features the marketing summit, as well as the ITT Future You Forum and the closing keynote.

Details of the closing keynote will be announced shortly. Previous closing keynote speakers include businesswoman and comedian Katherine Ryan, award-winning documentary maker Louis Theroux and entrepreneur Steven Bartlett.

Brooke Gilbertson, Conference Manager, WTM London, said that: “Introducing a unified theme across the program brings greater consistency and coherence to our content.”

She continued: “Reimagining Travel in a Changing World is a theme designed to inspire attendees to reflect on the evolving purpose of travel in the face of global shifts, emerging challenges, and fresh opportunities.”

And Gilbertson added: “It lays the foundation for meaningful dialogue, innovation, and collaboration across every facet of the travel and tourism industry.”

WTM London 2025 takes place at Excel London from Nov. 4 to Nov. 6 and for more information, go to http://london.wtm.com/
