BSAP

2023 Baxter Student Ambassadors have been chosen!

Between March 6-16, Travel & Tourism students from 12 universities and colleges across Canada participated in skill-testing webinars judged by a panel of seasoned travel professionals. This was the final stage in the BSAP program to select the best up-and-coming talent in the industry.

Winning ambassadors will be eligible to receive prizes like:

  • two flight tickets for travel anywhere Air Canada flies
  • an internship with Contiki and TTC
  • and cash bursaries

Not to mention networking & mentorship opportunities and a professional profile published in Travel Courier magazine.

We look forward to announcing this year’s winning Baxter Student Ambassadors in the special BSAP edition of Travel Courier magazine on May 4, 2023. Check out previous editions at baxterambassadors.com.

Baxter Ambassador in the Spotlight
Back in the January 26 issue of Travel Courier magazine, we caught up with BSAP alumni, Camille Bayarcal, the Baxter Student Ambassador from Seneca College in 2022. Camille was featured in a Q&A discussion about her experience in the program.

She reminisced about the program by saying, “[BSAP] has presented me with a wealth of opportunities to advance my career and improve myself as an individual. By participating in the program, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of the industry which has proven to be beneficial in my current job and will continue to be useful for my future career aspirations. I am deeply grateful for the opportunities and insights that BSAP has given me.”
