As part of the celebrations for its 30th anniversary, Transat has kicked off its contest for travel agents across Canada today.
Every booking of a Transat product made today by midnight automatically earns agents a chance to win one of the first three trips for two people that will be drawn at random each month: one in Quebec, one in the Ontario-Atlantic region, and one in Western Canada.
The three winners will win a package for two, including the Air Transat flight in Economy class and a one-week, all-inclusive stay at the brand-new Majestic Mirage Punta Cana Beach Resort, Golf, Casino & Spa in the Dominican Republic (one-bedroom suite).
To enter the contest, there’s no need to register anywhere or fill in any kind of entry ballot: contest entry is automatic as soon as a flight, package or cruise is booked during the day.
In addition, the names of two other travel agents per region who have booked a Transat product today will be drawn at random.
They will earn $30 in Bonbon rewards. The winners names will be announced in the coming days.
And for the history buffs out there, February 13 marks a milestone for Transat – that’s when it was formally incorporated way back in 1987. It was on that day that the three founders — Jean-Marc Eustache, Philippe Sureau and Lina De Cesare — laid the foundations for what was to become one of the world’s largest integrated tourism companies and Canada’s holiday travel leader.
In 2017, Yransat will draw a total of 30 surprise trips — three each month from February to November – from among eligible travel agents in Canada.
On one day each month, on a milestone date in Transats history, every booking they make will earn them one chance to win.
Transat also has a variety of surprises and special activities planned throughout this 30th anniversary year, highlighting how far it has come and celebrating the future.
