50 Degrees North Adds Hurtigruten Antarctica Cruise

50 Degrees North has announced the expansion of its tour portfolio, which now includes Hurtigruten’s polar cruise expeditions to Antarctica. As well, the company has also appointed Jill Blunsom, as its new Polar Specialist.

Tietse Stelma, 50 Degrees North’s CEO and co-founnder, said: “This is a very exciting change for us, especially with Jill’s first-hand knowledge of Antarctica and the polar regions as well as nearly 15 years of experience in polar travel sales. We worked together at Peregrine Adventures for many years and I’m thrilled to be working on a shared project again.”

50 Degrees North is already taking bookings for Hurtigruten’s new expedition cruises to Antarctica, Greenland, Iceland and the Norwegian coast for the 2020/21 travel period which is the inaugural season for the revolutionary hybrid powered and eco-friendly MS Fridtjof Nansen and Ms Roald Amundsen.
