Shannon Smith is the newest member of the Thomas Cook team, appointed district sales manager for Encore Cruises (Ontario and Atlantic Canada). Smith has been in the travel industry for more than 12 years. After graduating from the Travel & Tourism program at Fanshawe College, she worked for the Walt Disney World Company in Florida as a Cultural Representative for Canada.
