TravelBrands hosts Toronto Agent Appreciation event, unveils new campaign
On April 9, TravelBrands held its Agent Appreciation event at Paramount Eventspace in Woodbridge, Ont.
The event kicked off with a supplier cocktail reception, followed by a tradeshow, where more than 75 suppliers were waiting to network and mingle with a whopping 500 travel advisors who attended the function.
World of Hyatt was the Platinum sponsor, while WestJet, Central Florida and Switzerland were Bronze sponsors.
The Amazing Agent Race
Earlier in the day, the company unveiled the launch of “The Amazing Agent Race” campaign, an incentive initiative aimed at recognizing and rewarding top-performing travel agents.
As part of “The Amazing Agent Race,” the #1 top-selling agent during the month of April (until April 26, 2024) will win the grand prize of 1 million Loyalty Rewards points. Loyalty Rewards points can be redeemed for various rewards, including merchandise, travel, gift cards, and the ability to donate to foundations and charities. Additionally, the second-place winner will secure roundtrip airfare with Air Canada, while the third-place winner will receive a $500 future travel voucher.
