Saudia Airlines on a course to elevate the customer’s journey

AlFursan, Saudia Airlines’ loyalty program, has a new “Cash + Miles” payment option, making travel more flexible and rewarding for members.

The new feature allows AlFursan members to split the cost of their airline tickets using a combination of loyalty miles and cash. Integrated directly into Saudia’s digital booking journey, the payment option provides greater flexibility and convenience with no seat limitations per flight.

“This launch reflects Saudia’s broader strategy to enhance the guest experience at every stage of the journey, from planning and booking to post-sale support, while reinforcing its commitment to offering guest-centric, world-class service,” the airline says.

The feature is now available as a new payment method during the digital booking process. The new payment method offers greater flexibility, allowing guests to book without any seat limitations on each flight, and also modify their itineraries or request refunds through the “Manage My Booking” feature, available on Saudia’s official website and mobile applications.

These efforts align with Saudia’s strategic objective to elevate every aspect of the guest journey, from planning and booking to managing reservations and accessing post-sale support.

The AlFursan Loyalty Program rewards members with miles when flying with Saudia, flyadeal, or SkyTeam alliance partners, along with access to a growing selection of offers and exclusive privileges.
