A Perfect score for Contiki’s new trips on NPS

Contiki is celebrating a milestone as its newest trips have earned a perfect 100 Net Promoter Score (NPS) on their first departures. With new trips across Europe, Asia, and South America, these results reinforce Contiki’s reputation for delivering innovative and immersive itineraries that resonate with today’s Gen Z and Millennial travellers.

NPS is a globally recognized measure of customer loyalty and satisfaction, used by leading brands like Apple, Microsoft, and Amazon. Results are calculated based on a feedback questionnaire with ratings of 0 to 10, and Contiki’s perfect total score of 100 reflects exceptionally positive feedback across its newest trips.

In South America, new Peru itineraries, including the Lima to Machu Picchu Road Trip and Lima to Huaraz Trip, highlight the country’s diverse landscapes, from the iconic Inca Trail to desert dunes and highland lakes, and establish Contiki as the first youth-focused tour operator to offer a multi-day stay in Huaraz.

Across Asia, top new trips include Contiki’s reintroduced China Adventure trip, covering the Great Wall, Terracotta Warriors, and panda sanctuaries, and the brand’s first trip to Malaysia’s Borneo on Borneo Adventure, where travellers encounter rare wildlife and lush jungles.
