Flight Centre launches Trusted by Travellers campaign

Flight Centre is leaning into what it calls its greatest competitive advantage: trust. The Trusted by Travellers campaign launched this week, with Canadian grandparents Yvonne and Richard Naciuk as the national face of the rollout.

The couple, who describe themselves as “Senior-agers,” have been booking with Flight Centre Travel Expert Ryan Milne for years. They often walk in with only a budget and a sense of the experience they want, trusting Milne to do the rest.

Yvonne Naciuk said: “For us, the journey starts the moment we walk into Flight Centre. He takes care of everything, from finding the perfect destination to making sure every detail is arranged, so all we have to do is enjoy the adventure, stress-free.”

As part of the campaign, the Naciuks embarked on an Avalon river cruise on the Rhine, collecting memories along the way—from buying a hand-signed cuckoo clock in Germany’s Black Forest to a gondola ride that left them laughing like two teenagers.

Susana Gomes, Director of Marketing for Flight Centre Canada, explained that: “With more than 80,000 global Trustpilot reviews and a 4.5-star rating, trust is the most powerful currency in travel,”

And Gomes continued: “For years, customers have been telling us that they don’t just shop with us, they trust us. Flight Centre is where dreams and great deals unite—and now, we’re proudly claiming our place as the most trusted name in travel.”

Globally, Trusted by Travellers features customers from five markets: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and South Africa. It marks a new chapter in Flight Centre’s brand evolution, which in the past year has introduced a theme song, custom font, redesigned stores, digital screens and a refreshed global tagline.

In Canada, the rollout will appear across digital, social, retail and OOH channels, with placements in Toronto and Vancouver starting this week. It also coincides with Flight Centre’s 30th anniversary in Canada, marking three decades of helping Canadians book their journeys with peace of mind.
