Holland America Line expands Eastern Canada sales team to enhance French support

Holland America Line is expanding its support of French-speaking travel advisors in Quebec, Canada, with the addition of Business Development Representative (BDR) Marguerite Karpinski.
Working with Aaron Crawford, Holland America Line’s business development manager (BDM), Eastern Canada, the duo will lead strategic initiatives designed to drive revenue growth and strengthen agency relationships in the region.
Adding a French-speaking sales team member ensures that Holland America Line can effectively work and communicate with Canadian travel professionals in their preferred language.
Rob Coleman, Holland America Line’s senior vice president of sales, said: “Our French-speaking Canadian travel advisor community is incredibly important to us, and this addition reflects our long-term commitment to listening and responding to their needs.”
Coleman continued: “By working as a team, Marguerite and Aaron are ensuring advisors have access to the right support with a clear understanding of their business goals. This is about strengthening partnerships and providing meaningful, hands-on resources that help our advisors succeed.”
In addition to Quebec, Karpinski also will provide support to Holland America Line business development managers (BDM) who cover the east coast of the United States.
In her role, she will assist travel professionals with sales and marketing resources, facilitate booking operations, deliver virtual product trainings and ensure there is communication and collaboration across the region.
Karpinski and Crawford are supported by Holland America Line Field Sales Directors Lucy Owen and Megan Ziegler, respectively.
Advisors can connect with their BDM and the sales team through www.OneSourceCruises.com or by email at [email protected]
