VoX appoints Jocelyn Black to lead Canadian PR for Costa Rica

VoX International has appointed Jocelyn Black as Public Relations Manager. Black is an accomplished public relations professional with more than 10 years of experience leading global public relations and destination marketing across North America, EMEA, and Australia.
She previously led Canadian PR and media relations for the island of Ireland with Tourism Ireland, delivering high-impact national campaigns and building strong relationships with top-tier media.
Most recently, she oversaw global communications for Aurora Expeditions, managing multi-market PR and brand storytelling across Canada, the U.S., UK, and Australia.
In her new role, Black will spearhead PR efforts for Visit Costa Rica, working to elevate the destination’s profile in Canada, as well as fostering strong relationships with media and industry partners nationwide. Jocelyn will also assist with other PR efforts at VoX.
