Bursey joins Flair as President of Flair Vacations

Nicole Bursey has been named President of Flair Vacations. The announcement of Bursey’s appointment marks a significant step in the airline’s expansion of its vacation business and its long-term vision for growth in the leisure travel space.

Bursey brings more than 30 years of experience across vacation retail, distribution, commercial strategy, sales leadership, and partner development. She joins Flair following recent senior leadership roles with Project Expedition and Transat Tours Canada, where she led high-performing teams and drove customer-focused growth rooted in market insight and collaboration.

As President of Flair Vacations, she will lead the next phase of growth for the business as Flair continues expanding its vacation offerings, strengthening industry partnerships, and creating more seamless travel experiences for Canadians.

In addition to her leadership roles, Bursey has dedicated time to industry advocacy and governance through service with the Canadian Association of Tour Operators (CATO) and as a Board Director for the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO).
