Collette’s training module focuses on enhancements, value-add

Collette is taking advisors back to school with the release of the latest installment of Collette University 201 and it’s designed to help travel advisors better understand and sell the enhancements available to travellers before, during, and after their tour experience.

Available now, the module provides an in-depth look at Collette’s most popular add-ons and how advisors can match the right enhancements to the right traveller.

From pre- and post-tour hotel stays and destination extensions to Collette’s Travel Protection Plan and comprehensive Transportation Package, the training explores how these offerings can add convenience, flexibility, and peace of mind throughout the travel journey. Advisors will gain practical tips for presenting these options as helpful recommendations rather than a sales pitch, with the added benefit that each enhancement is commissionable.

Jaclyn Leibl-Cote, President and CEO of Collette, explained that: “Enhancements can make a meaningful difference in a traveller’s overall experience when they’re aligned with that person’s needs and travel style.”

Leibl-Cote continued: “This module helps advisors better understand the value each enhancement provides so they can confidently recommend options that create an even smoother, more enjoyable journey for their clients.”

The Enhancements training module is now live on Collette U. After completing the course, advisors are encouraged to download the takeaway sheet and continue the conversation with fellow advisors on the Travel Advisor Network.
