Chantal Gouveia joins RIT Vacations as Groups & Sales Manager

Chantal Gouveia is joining RIT Vacations as Groups & Sales Manager — strengthening the company’s sales team as it continues to expand its UK and Ireland portfolio and grow its customized group travel business.
Gouveia brings over 18 years of travel industry experience, joining RIT Vacations with extensive expertise in developing tailor-made itineraries, group programs and unique travel experiences.
Most recently with AC Group, and previously serving as Product Manager for Western Europe at Kensington Tours, she brings valuable destination knowledge, strong industry relationships and a passion for showcasing the best of Ireland and the UK.
In her new role, Gouveia will lead the development and management of customized group travel programs, working closely with RIT’s sales, product and operations teams across Canada, Ireland and the UK. She will oversee group enquiries from initial concept and itinerary planning through to booking and departure, ensuring travel advisors and their clients receive personalized support throughout the process.
She will also play an important role in strengthening RIT’s relationships with travel advisors and agency partners, supporting product training, webinars and industry events, while identifying new opportunities to grow the company’s group and specialty travel business.
Conor Duffy, VP, RIT Vacations, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Chantal to the RIT Vacations team. Her extensive experience developing customized travel throughout Ireland and the UK, combined with her strong relationships across the industry, makes her a fantastic addition to our team. As we continue to expand our UK offering and see growing interest in group travel, Chantal will play an important role in helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our travel advisor partners and their clients.”
Gouveia’s appointment comes at an exciting time for RIT Vacations, as the company continues to introduce new travel experiences across England, Scotland and Wales while building on its long-standing expertise in Ireland.
With increasing interest in customized group itineraries, her appointment further reinforces RIT’s commitment to providing travel advisors with the destination expertise, flexibility and personalized service needed to create memorable journeys.
Gouveia said: “I’m excited to be joining RIT Vacations at such an important time in the company’s growth. Ireland and the UK are destinations I’m incredibly passionate about, and I look forward to working with the team and our travel advisor partners to develop unique group experiences that showcase everything these destinations have to offer.”
