Total Advantage Travel names Nicola Gowe, Director of Finance

Total Advantage Travel & Tours Inc. has named Nicola Gowe as Director of Finance, effective Oct. 26, 2026.

Gowe was formerly Director of Finance at The Travel Agent Next Door and brings extensive experience in finance and accounting within the travel industry to Total Advantage’s leadership team.

Her appointment marks an important step in the company’s ongoing development as it strengthens its leadership capabilities, invests in its business infrastructure, and positions itself for continued growth in an evolving travel marketplace.

With a focus on expanding its agency network and supporting the growth of its Independent Contractors, Total Advantage is committed to building the financial and operational foundation needed to support its next stage of development.

The company has also recently launched its My Host Agent division – www.myhostagent.ca — expanding its opportunities to welcome home-based travel advisors seeking competitive commission structures and the support of an established travel organization.
