Travel Leaders Network rolling out AdvisorOS

Travel Leaders Network (TLN) is introducing AdvisorOS, a next-generation technology platform that brings together essential agency management, booking and client engagement tools in one connected experience.

Launching today (Nov. 2, 2026), AdvisorOS represents the most significant transformation of the network’s proprietary technology platform in years, with new capabilities designed to simplify agency operations and support business growth.

Lindsay Pearlman, President of Travel Leaders Network, explained that: “We listened to our members about what they need to run their businesses more effectively, and AdvisorOS is a direct result of that feedback.”

Pearlman continued: “Our goal is to make technology work for advisors, not the other way around. By bringing the tools they rely on into a more connected, intuitive experience, we’re helping them spend less time on administrative tasks and more time serving clients and growing their businesses.”

AdvisorOS evolved from TLN’s longtime AgentMate platform and was developed with input from member agencies to address the challenges advisors face in managing their day-to-day businesses. The redesigned platform brings previously separate tools into a more connected, intuitive experience, reducing the need to navigate multiple systems.

AdvisorOS introduces enhanced sales reporting and business intelligence capabilities that give agency owners greater visibility into their performance and help them make more informed business decisions. Integrated access to TLN’s SNAP and Cruise Complete booking platforms also makes it easier for advisors to move between booking and client management activities.

Other enhancements include centralized client profiles, customizable communications and reminders, improved invoicing, secure electronic authorizations and a redesigned dashboard that provides a clearer view of daily activities and client relationships.

AdvisorOS is designed to support ongoing enhancements and new integrations as agency needs and technology evolve. Its first vendor integration, with Project Expedition, is planned for late November, with additional partner integrations and AI-driven capabilities expected in 2027 and beyond.

The AgentMate name will be retired with the launch of AdvisorOS. Existing users will retain their current functionality, workflows and login credentials. TLN has planned a full educational program to guide users through the transition, including webinars, training resources and dedicated member support.
