A first look at Azamara Cruises’ 2029 World Cruise Collection

In 2029, Azamara Cruises is breaking with tradition and offering three ways to experience its World Cruise in 2029.

That was the headline as Azamara offered a first look at its 2029 World Cruise Collection, featuring sailings ranging from 139 to 195 nights and offering more ways than ever to experience an extended journey around the globe.

The collection includes a marquee 195-night World Cruise aboard Azamara Quest from San Diego to Copenhagen, alongside two shorter options of 179 and 139 nights.

Spanning five continents, 40 countries and territories, and 126 ports, Azamara’s 2029 World Cruise Collection will offer guests more time in destination than any other 2029 World Cruise, with 65% of the sailing spent in port. The full 195-night journey will also feature 16 overnight stays and 60 late nights, delivering more opportunities to experience destinations after dark than any other brand in the industry.

Michael Pawlus, Head of Itinerary Planning at Azamara Cruises, observed: “We’re incredibly proud of the 2029 World Cruise Collection and the time we’ve built into each leg of the journey for guests to truly connect with the places they visit. We believe our guests are really going to love what we’ve created, and we’re excited to give them a closer look at the itineraries and reveal all the details in the weeks ahead.”

At 195 nights and visiting 40 countries and territories, including 12 maiden ports, Azamara’s full 2029 World Cruise will be the longest and most geographically expansive World Cruise available in 2029. The journey will offer an especially immersive exploration of the South Pacific and the Baltic, bookending a route that spans the globe.

Building on the full 195-night World Cruise and reflecting the brand’s global reach and valued guests around the world, Azamara is also offering two shorter options for guests who want to experience the journey at a length that best suits them.

The 179-night journey from San Diego to London will span five continents and feature 52 late nights, 16 overnight stays and 12 maiden ports, while the 139-night cruise from Sydney to Copenhagen will also span five continents, with 43 late nights, 11 overnight stays and four maiden ports.

Azamara’s full 195-night 2029 World Cruise will open for booking Sept. 23, 2026, with the two additional World Cruise journeys opening Oct. 14, 2026.

More details about the 2029 World Cruise Collection, including full itineraries, details about exclusive events and AzAmazing Evenings, and additional cruise inclusions and information, will be announced Sept. 23.
