What better way to get a taste for cruising than to showcase the cuisine that today’s cruise lines are offering their passengers.

Cuisine is also just one of the aspects of cruising that CLIA is celebrating in October as part of its National Plan A Cruise Month campaign.

But back to the menu at hand. If there’s one thing that agents should tell their clients about cruise cuisine, it’s to expect the unexpected.

Most of today’s cruise lines offer a cornucopia of options to satisfy any appetite and please any palate – ranging from specialty menus to made-to-order dishes.

CLIA’s acting CEO, Cindy D’Aoust observes: “Most people think of a deluxe buffet when they think of cruise dining and, while that is one option, there are plenty of additional dining delights available on a cruise ship.
