AC Lounge Features Hawksworth-Designed Menus

Foodies take note… Chef David Hawksworth is the creative force behind the culinary offerings at Air Canada’s exclusive new Signature Suite at Toronto Pearson International Airport.

Premium international business class passengers can dine à la carte at a complimentary, full-service restaurant from a menu created by Chef Hawksworth, or enjoy hors d’oeuvres, champagne, fine wines and cocktails in an intimate setting designed by acclaimed Montreal architecture and design firm Heekyung Duquette.

“The new Signature Suite is a revolutionary restaurant-style lounge and the Hawksworth team is thrilled to be part of it,” says Chef Hawksworth. “We’re excited to expand our partnership with Air Canada and bring a taste of Hawksworth’s contemporary Canadian cuisine to international travellers passing through Toronto.”

A la carte menu options and quick bites include Hawksworth favourites such as KFC (Korean fried cauliflower); soy-marinated sablefish with bok choy, mushrooms and bacon dashi; grilled lamb chops with roasted cauliflower, mint, yogurt and chermoula; and the famous Hawksworth burger.

The 6,400-square-foot suite, conveniently located by Air Canada’s international departure gates at Toronto Pearson Terminal 1, can accommodate up to 160 premium customers and is fully complimentary.
