I love the living walls at the YEG airport and the sitting areas beside them. They are very calming when you are stressed waiting for a flight and help alleviate the normal dryness found in airports and airplanes.

In Calgary Airport there was a quiet area that Westjet took me to when I had to wait hours for my connection. It was private and wonderful.

I have to say Minneapolis was a really nice surprise. I got stuck there for a few hours last October. It was nicely laid out, interesting shops, comfortable waiting area. I wouldn’t mind being stuck there again!

There are so many things to do in the Amsterdam Airport. You could live in there. Go to the casino, church service or even see a nurse.
