Judy Wallace has joined Air Canada Vacations (ACV) in the newly created role of Sandals Brand Manager.
The dedicated role underpins ACV’s longstanding relationship with Sandals, with their 20 luxury-included Caribbean resorts, and three Beaches luxury-included family friendly resorts, offered as part of the Air Canada Vacations portfolio. Wallace moves into the new position, effective immediately.
In her new role, she will act as a liaison between ACV and Sandals, with the mandate of creating synergy in both brands from a product and marketing perspective; increasing Air Canada Vacations’ expertise in the Sandals and Beaches product; and offering a best in class service to customers.
Supported by the Sandals dedicated Reservations team, the Sandals dedicated Groups specialists, and other dedicated commercial functions, Wallace will be responsible for training in all areas of the commercial business with a focus on strategies for growth.
Having worked for Air Canada Vacations for eight years until 2011, Wallace has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the Sandals customer experience, and occupied various roles in ACV’s Product Development department, including manager, Product Development English Caribbean. She spent the last three years as a professor in the Faculty of Business, School of Tourism at both Sheridan College and Seneca College.
