Adventure Center is running a series of breakfast training sessions across Canada to provide agents with a first-hand look at what’s new for 2014 in the world of adventure travel. “We’ve seen a significant shift in the destinations travellers are looking to visit in 2014,” says Steven Larkin, president for Adventure Center. “Adventure travellers are always a step ahead in terms of the next best place to visit, so it’s important that agents stay on top of these trends.” The Adventure Training series will each run for three hours and take place in Toronto on Nov. 15, Vancouver on Nov. 19, Calgary on Nov. 21 and Edmonton on Nov. 25. The sessions will feature presentations by leading adventure tour operators, including Exodus, Intrepid Travel, Tucan, Dragoman, Grand American Adventures and Adventure Center.
