Adventure Canada Launches New Antarctica Expeditions
Adventure Canada, which has been running Arctic explorations for more than 30 years, has launched three Antarctica expeditions for winter 2021 through a new partnership with Chimu Adventures.
The voyages, taking place onboard the 198-passenger Ocean Endeavour, will transport guests from Ushuaia, Argentina to the elusive White Continent, turning life-long travel dreams into a “pinch me” reality. Travellers will zodiac past icebergs, glaciated mountains and volcanoes, and encounter wildlife, including whales, seals, and – yes – penguins, in their pristine and natural habitat. An expert staff of historians, geologists, ecologists, and more will provide world-class educational lectures and onshore interpretations for a total immersion into Antarctic life.
