G Adventures (UK) Limited has acquired Travelsphere and Just You.

The acquisition followed the collapse of All Leisure Group, which was the parent company of both firms.
Commenting on the acquisition, G Adventures’ founder, Bruce Poon Tip commented:

“We will be working hard to ensure that the loyal customers of Travelsphere and Just You continue to enjoy the award-winning tours that both brands organize.”

Poon tip continued:

“The future looks exceptionally bright and we look forward to expanding the range of tours for Travelsphere and Just You.”

G Adventures (UK) Limited is part of the group of companies owned and controlled by G Adventures Inc.

In statements posted on their web sites, both Travelsphere and Just You stated: “All our holidays will continue to operate as planned, the only change is that those of you with bookings will be issued with a new ATOL certificate with G Adventures (UK) Limited.”
