Air Canada Vacations launches its first-ever Groups workshops

Air Canada Vacations has launched its new Air Canada Vacations Groups Workshops — an interactive learning experience designed to help travel advisors strengthen their groups expertise, build confidence, and grow their business.

Developed in collaboration with a certified trainer, the workshops build on the company’s continued investment in groups technology, dedicated support, advisor resources, and infrastructure.

Through practical exercises, live demonstrations, and collaborative activities, advisors will gain actionable knowledge they can immediately apply to their business.

Elish Tait, Manager, National Accounts at Air Canada Vacations, explained that: “Groups remain one of the most valuable growth opportunities for travel advisors, and we believe the education supporting them should reflect that.”

And Tait continued: “These workshops provide advisors with direct access to the tools, knowledge, and expertise they need to confidently grow their groups business and deliver even greater value to their clients.”

Participants will also have the opportunity to earn recognition as an Air Canada Vacations Groups Specialist, a designation that acknowledges advanced knowledge of Air Canada Vacations’ groups business.

Designed for both new and experienced groups sellers, the curriculum covers the Air Canada Vacations Groups journey, operational best practices, recent technology enhancements, and proven strategies for identifying and converting groups opportunities.

To maintain a highly interactive learning environment, attendance will be limited to approximately 75 to 100 travel advisors per session.

• October 13, 2026 Halifax
• October 15, 2026 Pickering
• October 20, 2026 Calgary
• October 22, 2026 Mirabel
• November 3, 2026 Québec City
• November10, 2026 Burnaby
