Air Canada Vacations welcomes year-round service to Tulum

Air Canada Vacations launched its new year-round service to Tulum, Mexico on May 3.

To mark the occasion, passengers gathered for a special gate party complete with inaugural festivities that included tasty treats
followed by ribbon cutting ceremonies held at both Montreal Trudeau International Airport and Toronto Pearson International Airport.

Erminia Gallina, director of sales at Air Canada Vacations, and Bradley Sutherland, senior manager, business development at Air Canada, took the opportunity to address the gathering at the Toronto airport. Meanwhile, Marco Gagnon, general manager for Quebec and Ottawa, with Karen Acs, senior manager, regional sales at Air Canada, were present at the Montreal airport.

Both flights were welcomed with a special water cannon salute upon arrival.

Alongside the passengers, a group of travel professionals from each city participated in Air Canada Vacations’ Tulum Deep Dive Immersive Training Experience, aiming to enhance their knowledge of the destination and the Air Canada Vacations offerings available to customers. Travellers can now choose from a variety of 36 vacation packages tailored to suit a multitude of travel preferences, ranging from luxurious beachfront resorts to culturally immersive experiences.
