Air France-KLM Add Vancouver, Edmonton Services

Beginning May 5, 2015, KLM will offer three weekly flights between Amsterdam and Edmonton. And, starting June 22, there will be four weekly frequencies.

Flights will be operated by Airbus A330-200 with 243 seats – 30 in World Business Class, 35 in Economy Comfort Zone (offering 10 inches of additional legroom and a doubled seat recline) and 178 in Economy.

This service will be in addition to daily flights to Calgary.

From May 5 to June 21, 2015, flights will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Starting June 22, flights will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.

In other news, Air France will begin operating up to five weekly flight between Vancouver and Paris-Charles de Gaulle as March 29, 2015.

Flights will be operated by Boeing 777-200 with 309 seats – 35 in Business, 24 in Premium Economy and 250 in Economy.

From March 29 to May 3, 2015, flights will operate on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. From May 4 to Sept. 13, 2015, flights will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. And from Sept. 14 to Oct. 24, 2015, flights will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

These new services to Vancouver will be in addition to KLM’s offering of seven weekly flights to this destination from Amsterdam-Schiphol.
