Air Transat Unveils Winter 2022-2023 Program

Air Transat is gradually launching its 2022-2023 winter program to the South, featuring 26 destinations, including the Caribbean, the Pacific coast of Mexico, the Antilles, Latin America and Florida.

Joseph Adamo, Transat’s Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, said: “We are pleased to kickstart the winter season with such a strong program. Continuously attuned to the needs of our clientele, we’ve noticed a significant interest in adult-only properties and in the beautiful city of Havana. We are therefore quite proud to present these two additions ….”

Adamo continued: “We’ve been at the heart of Canadian travellers’ vacation plans for almost 35 years now; it’s a genuine honour for us to help them create unforgettable memories with their loved ones, or by themselves. Whether it’s absolute relaxation, cultural discoveries, wild adventures, or even all three, I’m convinced that our program will fulfill every single one of their needs.”

One of the highlights of the 2022-2023 winter program, sees Air Transat returning to Havana after a three-year hiatus due to the pandemic.

Starting Dec.19, direct flights will be offered from Montreal three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

This year, Air Transat is introducing its new R&R 18+ Collection for travellers who need a break from the daily grind. The program features resorts in Cuba, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and St. Martin.

These nine hand-picked hotels, all rated 4.5 or 5 stars, exclusively cater to adult guests. They will enjoy outstanding service along with top-notch facilities, in addition to a multitude of privileges*: access to a Balinese bed, an aromatherapy basket, a dinner on the beach, entry to the hydrotherapy circuit and even a tasting (wine, rum, tequila or coffee depending on the destination). Nothing is left to chance to guarantee travellers a most relaxing and peaceful stay.

(* Subject to availability. Some privileges are offered only once per stay.)

In addition to its new R&R 18+ Collection, Air Transat also offers travellers four other collections, each with tailor-made services:

In Cuba, vacationers land directly in Havana to wander the colourful streets of the bustling Cuban capital before transferring to the white sandy beaches of Varadero for a few days prior to returning to Canada. In Colombia, travellers start their stay in the beautiful colonial city of Cartagena and end it on the heavenly island of Barú for a bit of rest and relaxation.

For its 2022-2023 winter program, Air Transat will offer flights available from 8 cities across Canada, including Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto, Ottawa, Hamilton, London, Halifax and Moncton.
