ALBA unveils Italy 2013
ALBATours has released its 2013 Italy brochure which features programs operating from April through October and details on how customers can save up to $300 on select air & tour packages and lots more. In 2013, ALBA offers fully escorted programs like Artistic Italy, Best of Italy, Grand Tour of Italy and Italy South classic coach tours; an updated and improved Dolce Vita tour (ALBATours’ most popular offering and a Canadian favourite); and the newly added Highlights of Italy and Italy’s Jewels — Calabria & Sicily tours. In terms of the flights, ALBATours works in partnership with Alitalia, who this year have introduced a third class of service: Premium Economy class, which from just $899 per person offers a step up from standard Economy service (from $399 pp), providing customers with such exclusive extras as priority check-in at the airport, extra baggage allowance, a dedicated section on the aircraft with just 21 seats each with a pitch of 37″ to 38″ and a 1-2-1 or 2-3-2 configuration (versus economy with seat pitch of 31″to 32″ and 2-4-2 or 2-3-2 configuration). ALBATours coach tour passengers can upgrade to premium economy for an additional $250 per person, each way. Also available for a limited time, when your clients book a roundtrip air-only flight through ALBATours, they can take advantage of a Magnifica (business) Class special of $2,199 per person (departures Apr.1 to Oct. 31, 2013).
