GLP Worldwide – which represents Hurtigruten – is so sure its passengers will see the Northern Lights on its Classic Roundtrip 12-day voyage in Norway, that if they don’t see them, the company will give them a 6 or 7-day Classic Voyage free of charge.

The Northern Lights Promise is valid on new bookings only on 12-day voyages with sailing dates starting Oct. 1, 2017 and voyages completed by March 31, 2018.

If there is no Northern Lights’ occurrence during the voyage, a 6 or 7-day voyage will be offered departing the following season from Oct. 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019 in an unspecified cabin on a full-board basis.

Airfare/extras are not included. For 2018/19 voyages the same sailing and voyage completed dates apply.

For these voyages if no Northern Lights, passengers will be offered a 6 or 7-day voyage departing from Oct. 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020. Same conditions apply.
