AMRewards Celebrates Its Third Birthday
AMResorts is celebrating the three-year anniversary and 30,000 registered agent milestone for AMRewards, the hotel company’s travel agent loyalty program.
To celebrate, AMRewards has launched a special promotion through to the end of 2017. The “AMRewards Turns 3” promotion allows registered agents the opportunity to win 3,000 bonus points per day from Sept. 25 to Dec. 22 when they enter bookings for any of AMResorts’ Mexico properties.
Bookings must be a minimum of three nights and are valid for travel through April 30, 2018.

Launching this promotion was the perfect way to thank our registered AMRewards agents for their amazing commitment and support,” said Jan LaPointe, vice-president of Strategic Planning Retail Sales North America, AMRewards and sales and marketing for Canada. “We recognize the large role these agents have played in our success in just three years and are dedicated to constantly making enhancements to this program to provide even bigger and better benefits.”
The following enhancements have been added this year: New booking engine, allowing agents to easily redeem their points for stays online; Discounts on transfers and excursions when booked in conjunction with their stays; Branded tote bags and flamingo drink “koozies,” perfect for guests or groups; 5% cash back at select retailers with new AMRewards Visa prepaid cards.
