Andaz Ottawa to Debut This Summer
Hyatt has announced the appointment of key leaders for Andaz Ottawa ByWard Market, expected to begin welcoming guests this summer.
Located in the ByWard Market neighbourhood, known as a burgeoning cultural hub in Ottawa’s downtown district, Andaz Ottawa ByWard Market will become the first Andaz-branded hotel in Canada, as well as the first Ottawa hotel under Hyatt’s brand portfolio. The hotel team will be led by Matt Graham (pictured), general manager, along with Markus Fisher as director of sales, marketing and events, and Stephen La Salle as executive chef.
The hotel will be a short walk from Parliament Hill, and is just north of the University of Ottawa campus. The 200-room property will include seven suites.
Amenities will include a signature restaurant, rooftop bar and lounge with an outdoor terrace and 4,500 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space.
