April Sets New All-Time High for Tourism to Israel
A total of 341,767 tourists from around the world arrived in Israel in April, a 14% increase compared to the same period last year and a new all-time high for tourism to Israel.
From Canada, a total of 20,382 tourists arrived in Israel between January and April, an 8% increase compared to the same period last year.
“We are thrilled to see a continual increase in tourism to Israel throughout every month this year,” said Ami Allon, Consul for Tourism, Israel Government Tourist Office – Canada, “which attests to Israel’s growing reputation as one of the world’s most unique and inspiring travel destinations.”
