Aston Hotels & Resorts recently visited 600 travel agents in key markets across Canada, sharing the value of an Aston vacation as the company celebrates its 65th anniversary. The Aston sales team travelled to Calgary, Vancouver and Edmonton, updating agents on important property news, upcoming specials and more. The team also visited 1,000 travel agents in eight states across the United States earlier this summer. “Aston has had an incredible year, with two new properties in Hawaii and Florida, improvements to our industry-leading STARs Online travel agent incentive program, and several new promotions, including our 65th anniversary HawaiianMiles sweepstakes,” said Shari Chang, senior vice-president of sales, marketing and revenue management for Aston. “Our recent visits to travel agents throughout the US and Canada allow us to spread the word about our newest offerings and incentives, ensuring the best value and experience for our guests.”

Aston’s travel agent programs are renowned across the industry, making it easier for agents to book and stay at Aston’s 28 properties. STARs Online is a free web-based program that provides agents with points, bonuses and free nights for bookings, as well as the ability to track incentives, submit bookings and redeem rewards efficiently and conveniently.
