AUGUST SETS NEW ALL-TIME HIGH FOR ISRAEL

August 2013 set a new all-time high for Canadian tourism to Israel with the arrival of 6,106 travellers, an 8% increase compared to the same period last year. Approximately 2.3 million travellers from around the world arrived in Israel between January and August 2013, a 7% increase compared to 2011 and 6% more than 2010.
