Barb Finn Retires As TTI Travel Announces Appointments, New Hires

After a career of 50 years in the travel industry, Barb Finn is retiring.

The announcement of Finn’s retirement came with news that TTI’s Kim Cross, Director, Leisure Operations, will now be overseeing Away, TTI’s luxury leisure brand.

Additionally, Cross will also be overseeing The Circle, TTI’s community of best-in-class Independent Travel Advisors.

And to keep pace with demand from its growing luxury travel clientele, TTI also announced the hiring of Marc Villeneuve, Vince Mazet, Christiane Marleau, Maria Maestri and Mary Ann Jordan who are all very tenured Travel Advisors with a proven track record of servicing many high value clients.

Commenting on Finn’s retirement, Rocky Racco, CEO of TTI Travel, said: “I first met Barb, over 35 years ago, when she was the Operations Manager and co-owner of her husband’s travel Management Company called Travel Trust International.”

Racco continued: “They went on to create a National consortium that I became part of. The TMC and Consortium were industry leaders and from there many folks spun off to create their own business paths across Canada.”

Her last official day with TTI was Fri., May 12, 2023 but her e-mail box will remain active for a little while longer as she winds down.

On behalf of ALL of us at TTI, we wish Barb much happiness and great health for a well-deserved retirement.
