BermudAir appoints Ryan Lettow & Nicole Conrad as new business development directors

BermudAir continues to expand its sales team with the appointment of two accomplished business development directors, Nicole Conrad and Ryan Lettow.

This strategic move underscores the airline’s ongoing commitment to strengthening partnerships within its indirect sales channels and further enhancing relationships across the travel trade community.

The expansion of BermudAir’s sales leadership team marks a pivotal step in the airline’s growth strategy, aimed at driving business through travel advisors, host and consortia agencies, TMCs, and tour operators as the carrier broadens its route network and service offering between the U.S., Canada and the beautiful island of Bermuda.

Exclusive rates for travel advisors

In celebration of Travel Advisor Appreciation Month, BermudAir is also proud to introduce a special thank you to its travel advisor partners — launching exclusive travel advisor rates for personal travel at just $50 roundtrip plus applicable taxes and fees.

This special fare is available for bookings and travel now through June 30, 2025, across any of BermudAir’s 13 routes connecting Bermuda with key cities in the U.S. and Canada.

Nicole Conrad will lead business development efforts across BermudAir’s corporate, TMC, and MICE segments. She will also oversee the Canadian market, supporting route developments such as the upcoming launch of Montreal to Bermuda on June 12 offering twice weekly service and increased Halifax frequencies, while continuing to strengthen the already established Toronto service. Nicole’s extensive experience in international business, most recently as Director of Conferences and Events at Bermuda Business Development Agency, will be instrumental in growing these high-potential segments.

Ryan Lettow takes on responsibility for driving BermudAir’s leisure channels, with a strong focus on OTA’s, tour operators as well as host and consortia agency partnerships. With a proven track record of delivering multimillion-dollar growth and most recently holding positions at Expedia, Flight Centre, and Apple Leisure Group, Ryan brings a wealth of leisure expertise to the role.

These appointments build on BermudAir’s recent distribution milestone having gone live for booking in Sabre’s Global Distribution System (GDS) in February 2025 — a move that expanded the airline’s visibility to trade partners and simplified the booking process. Coupled with non-contracted industry-leading commissions of 4% on economy and 8% on business class, BermudAir continues to set a new standard for partner collaboration.

“This is a meaningful investment in the future of our indirect distribution channels and a clear signal of our commitment to our trade partners,” said Leslie Peden, SVP of Sales & Distribution at BermudAir. “Nicole and Ryan’s expertise will be invaluable as we grow our route network with new destinations like Charleston, Raleigh-Durham, Hartford, Providence, Richmond, Montreal and work to deliver best-in-class support and opportunities to our valued travel advisor community.”

The strengthening of BermudAir’s sales organization comes at a pivotal time for the airline, with several new routes, increased frequencies and two new E-190 aircraft set to launch over the next two months — positioning BermudAir for sustained growth through enhanced trade engagement.
