Booking.com Puts The Spotlight On Women

In recognition of International Women’s Day on March 8, Booking.com is celebrating with a month long series of initiatives to celebrate and empower women working in tech.

The first #BookingFEMpowers took place last night (March 1) at the Booking.com office in Toronto and featured a panel discussion on how to navigate a male-dominated industry.

Empowering women is a focus for Booking.com, a global technology leader connecting travellers with the world’s largest selection of places to stay, which has initiatives in place such as a new scholarship program with the University of Oxford and Delft University of Technology to support advanced education for women in technology, as well as a women in tech mentorship program.
