Amr Dief has been appointed to the role of inside sales and loyalty manager at Thomas Cook Canada. Dief has worked for Thomas Cook for more than eight years, most recently in the role of supervisor for Thomas Cook Canada’s Air Division (Intair and Network). He brings with him a great deal of experience from the independent side of the business, as well as cruise, working closely with both Holiday House and Encore Cruises.
