Heidi Lord has been named business development manager, Toronto, North & East York for Transat. She will be responsible for working with Transat’s agency partners in Toronto’s core, North York and East York. Lord comes to Transat with 18 years of experience in the travel industry, 13 of which was within the sales realm, including inside, outside and key regional accounts. She has extensive experience in assisting agents/agencies with growing their sales in a variety of areas, including vacation packages worldwide, cruising and consolidation air. Lord has travelled all over the Caribbean, Mexico and Cuba, has cruised to Alaska, the Eastern Caribbean and Mexico, and has also been to Turkey and Ireland.
