Transat has named Susan Kooiman senior business development representative. Kooiman will focus on developing business opportunities and providing support to select retail partners, including large call centres, home-based travel networks and specialty agencies. In other news, Heidi Lord will be assuming the territory of Eastern Ontario (Scarborough to Kingston). She has 15 years of sales experience in the industry and is working with agencies with whom she has long-standing relationships. Lord reports directly to Dan Prior, sales manager.
