Call Centre Impacted By Storm

CanJet Vacations Working To Restore Normal Service Levels

 

CanJet Vacations is advising travel agents that due to severe snow storm conditions in Bathurst, New Brunswick – where the bilingual CanJet Vacations call centre is located – wait times and service levels have been significantly impacted today.

John Kirk, vice-president, sales & marketing for CanJet Vacations, said: “We are working to improve our service levels today and apologize to agents, but the weather has made it impossible for most of our employees to get to work.”

Kirk said: “We hope to restore services to normal levels as soon as possible and in the meantime, we ask agents to book directly.”

Agents can book any CanJet flight or package using SIREV, Sabre Vacations and Galileo.
